For us, education is more than a book, a lesson, a digital platform or an exam preparation course. It means discovering a student’s potential, empowering teachers, accurately analysing an institution’s needs, and designing the right learning journey for each of them.
At the heart of this approach is a powerful principle: every individual and every institution has a unique fingerprint.
That is why, instead of one-size-fits-all models, we develop solutions shaped by each student’s goals, each school’s academic structure, each teacher’s needs and each institution’s long-term vision.
We work across a broad education ecosystem — from international publishing to education technology, from language learning to teacher development, from K–12 academic programmes to international exams, and from university pathway programmes to study abroad consultancy.
We also aim to be more than a product supplier to schools: we want to be their long-term education partner. We offer institutions integrated solutions across international publications, digital learning platforms, curriculum mapping, teacher training, English-medium maths and science programmes, and academic consultancy.

There is no single
right path in education.
Dear students, parents, teachers and partners,
Over more than twenty years in education, I have taken on many different roles.
As an English teacher, I worked with students in the classroom. As an academic, I served in universities. I trained teachers, developed academic programmes, worked with international publishers and had the chance to get to know education models in different countries up close.
This journey taught me something very important: there is no single right path in education. Every student’s potential, every teacher’s needs and every institution’s structure are different.
That is the idea on which we founded Eduspire Education.
We don’t just want to give a student a lesson. We want to offer them the possibility of a future.
We don’t just want to supply a school with books or a digital platform. We want to understand the institution’s goals and build a sustainable academic structure together.
We don’t just want to train a teacher; we want to stand beside them throughout their professional journey.
Today, a student anywhere in the world applies to the same universities, joins the same academic programmes and prepares for the same global career opportunities as students in London, New York, Amsterdam, Toronto or any other city in the world.
That is why we must now prepare our students not only for exams, but for the world.
For us, the name Eduspire brings together two important ideas: Education + Inspire. To educate, and at the same time to inspire.
To place before a student not just a lesson, but the possibility of a new future. To give a teacher not just materials, but a new perspective. To offer an institution not just a product, but a long-term vision for education.
Our goal at Eduspire Education is to build a strong education ecosystem that reaches from Türkiye to the world, brings international education standards together with local needs, and prepares students, teachers and institutions for the world of the future.
On this journey, success for us is not only our students achieving good results. It is their growing into people who are curious, who create, who communicate, who solve problems, who understand the world and who can shape their own future.

Our founder & CEO
Emrah
Kocabuğa
Born in İskenderun, Emrah Kocabuğa is an educator, academic, teacher trainer and education leader who has worked across different areas of the education sector for more than twenty years.
Starting out as an English teacher, Kocabuğa went on to hold a range of academic and leadership roles in universities — as a lecturer, academic skills coordinator and head of a school of foreign languages, and in curriculum development, assessment and teacher education.
Continuing to develop academically at an international level, Kocabuğa completed a master’s degree at the University of Sussex and specialised through a number of international programmes in teacher education, language teaching and education management.
Over the course of this career, Kocabuğa has worked in a variety of roles and projects with leading international education organisations such as Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press, and has run education projects with schools, universities, teachers and students in many parts of Türkiye. The career spans academia, teacher education, curriculum development, international publishing and global education projects.
The idea behind Eduspire Education grew out of these many years of experience.
At the centre of Kocabuğa’s view of education is the belief that students should not only access knowledge, but be able to use it, create with it, solve problems, communicate and find their own place in the international world.
Because the real question is not only “What did a student learn?” but “What can they do with what they have learned?”
